lb. bulk sausage

jar spaghetti sauce (28 oz.)

c. water

oz. ricotta cheese
1
c. shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese
1
box frozen chopped spinach, thawed

noodles, uncooked
In
a frying pan, cook sausage until browned. Drain well. Combine spaghetti sauce
and water. In a separate bowl, combine ricotta, ½ c. of shredded cheese and spinach.
Grease bottom of 9x13 baking dish. Place small amount of sauce on bottom of
baking dish. Place 3 uncooked noodles over sauce. Layer with 1/3 of the sauce,
½ of the cheese/spinach and ½ of the
sausage. Repeat same layers – noodles, sauce, cheese/spinach, sausage. Final
layer is 3 noodles, remainder of sauce and ½ c. shredded cheese. Cover with
foil and bake at 375ยบ for one hour. Let stand about 10 minutes after removing
from oven.
