Saute:

cup sliced carrots
Combine
with:

cup herb or chicken stuffing mix

cans cream of chicken soup

c. sour cream

medium zucchini in ½” slices then cut in half (half-moon shaped)
Place
in 9x13 baking dish and top with a little more stuffing. Bake at 350ยบ for 40
minutes.
