Make
pizza dough or other bread recipe as directed. (I use this recipe.)
Let sit for 5 minutes then stretch and roll to fit on a jelly roll pan edge to
edge. (Use a silicone baking mat or sprinkle pan with cornmeal or spray with
Pam.)
Mix together:
¼
c. soft tub margarine
¼
c. parmesan cheese
¼
c. mayonnaise
1
tsp. garlic powder
1
tsp. parsley flakes
Spread this mixture on the rolled-out
dough. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top, if desired. Cut into sticks with the dull
side of a butter knife or a pizza cutter. (Don’t use a pizza cutter if your
dough is on a silicone baking mat.)
Bake at 350° for 13-15 minutes until they
are very light brown. Break apart and enjoy!
