2 ¼ c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
½ c. butter or margarine, softened
¾ c. sugar
¾ c. brown sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
2 c. chocolate chips
1 c. chopped nuts, optional
Cream butter and sugars. Add eggs and
vanilla and mix well. Add dry ingredients, but don’t over mix batter. Stir in
chocolate chips and nuts. Bake at 375° for 9-11 minutes.
