My sister-in-law made this for us years ago and we've been fans ever since. Don't let the buttermilk title fool you. It's made with buttermilk, but it tastes more like butterscotch. Yum!

Combine
and bring to a boil. Add ½ tsp. baking soda, stir and serve.
