5 medium green tomatoes
1 jalapeno pepper
1 small onion
1 garlic clove
2 Tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro
1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
Salt and pepper to taste (I didn’t use pepper,
but about 1 tsp. or so of salt)
Combine all
ingredients in a blender or food processor. For a thicker salsa, chop
ingredients by hand. I like to add a dash of “true lime” for extra yumminess!
