Hashbrown Quiche

One 30-oz. package frozen shredded hashbrowns

1 stick (1/2 c.) margarine, melted

2 c. shredded cheddar cheese

1 package cubed ham

8 eggs

2 c. milk

½ tsp. salt

Pour the melted margarine over the hashbrowns in a 9x13 glass casserole dish. Bake for 30 min. at 375°.

Top with cheese and ham. Mix together eggs, milk, and salt until smooth. Pour over ham and cheese. Bake at 375° for 35-45 minutes until set (may take longer).
